Fight takes place in Vegas at the MGM Gran.

Floyd can use his 8oz Grant gloves and Manny can use his 8oz Reyes gloves.

Standard ring size.

Floyd gets a 60/40 split because he sells more than Manny, has a bigger live gate, and sells more close circuit tickets. Floyd also gets a bigger share of the PPV's.

No cut off date for urine test and have a cut off date of 5 days before the fight for blood testing. USADA would follow Floyd and Manny around 24 hours a day for the 5 days to make sure nobody is cheating and USADA can also ask for urine samples.

I just want the fight to happen. I cant imagine looking back at this time and seeing how they both fought for so many years, and everything was so perfect for one of the greatest matchups, and it didnt happen.

Well if he's trying to play mind games with Floyd then I don't think it's working. Floyd took the 14 days off the table so I don't think Floyd will give in to the psychological warfare.

I think a 5 day cutoff is good and the USADA agents have to be there on the 5 days to monitor Floyd and Pac to make sure there is no PED using involved.
