Assuming that Floyd and Mosley knew that they wouldn't be tested for blood 18 days before the fight, who knew what they would of done before they even took the test? In their mindset they knew they would be tested all the way to the fight, and that's what the testers want them to think, but it doesn't mean they'll test them all the way up, they can if they want to.
