I may be wrong but I don't think so. It was Team Pacquiao who first broke the news of OST. And Arum took negotiations for a venue public before anyone else. I'm pretty sure the money split was revealed by Top Rank as well but I could be wrong. The only time I can recall GBP and Mayweather airing anything out was when Schafer told the press that the fight was in danger over the drug testing.

Why is a cutoff date so important to Manny? He need to have the mindset of hoping that they stop testing him 30 days before or 18 days just like they did for Floyd-Mosley, but if they test him 10 days or 5 days before the fight, so be it..He just need to stop bitching about a cutoff date, and let it happen..This is like a lottery, if you're lucky, you get what you want, if not, just suck it up..

He cannot agree..Even when Floyd gave him that 14 days cutoff, it wasn't good, and i don't think the testers would have allowed it..The point is, Manny cannot give his own specific date like 30 days, 24 days, ect..Just like Floyd's 14 days, it would completely defeat the purpose of the test..He can only hope that they stop testing him 14 days, 24 days, 30 days before the fight, but he nor Floyd should not know specifically..
