Why is a cutoff date so important to Manny? He need to have the mindset of hoping that they stop testing him 30 days before or 18 days just like they did for Floyd-Mosley, but if they test him 10 days or 5 days before the fight, so be it..He just need to stop bitching about a cutoff date, and let it happen..This is like a lottery, if you're lucky, you get what you want, if not, just suck it up..

I understand what you're saying..He might not like it and the testers knows that, but they cannot guarantee him a cutoff date..They might say, "We understand you don't like giving out blood close to the fight, but we might stop the test 20 days, 10 days, or 5 days before the fight, but we cannot guarantee you exactly when." I do think they would stop testing him at least two-three weeks before the fight since he isn't comfortable, but at the same time he can only hope of that..
