Chad Dawson is the best boxer on the planet

I think many people are in for a shock when Pascal fights Dawson.

Chad has fought two old faded opponents twice each. He arguably lost the first fight with Johnson.

Pascal is fast with power, he'll be the first prime opponent for Dawson since the weight-drained Adamek.

the only reason bad chad struggled with johnson in the first fight is because he tried to ko him early(****** ass decision).......he has dominated every other fight

Dawson is in a lose-lose situation in that fight besides the decent payday. He has to fight Pascal in Canada and at the same time, we don't know how much Pascal has recovered from that shoulder injury. Good chance Dawson will get a decision loss on his record and then there's another scenario of where Pascal might look like **** because he's injured. I really don't know what to make of that fight. I have to be fair though and give Dawson props for going into the lion's den. But isn't a shoulder injury the reason Pascal struggled so much with Omar Pittman?

That is not true at all. Calderon for the past decade had been the best pure boxer not named Mayweather.

what does the bold even mean.........if you mean outboxer with good defense, then i guess you dont appreciate boxing to the fullest.......


calderon is not that good......his opposition has been very poor overall....of course your defense is gonna be good when you run 3 minutes of every round, and of course your punches are gonna make an impression when you throw 10 punches a round.......once calderon runs out of gas(almost every fight), his real skill level shows, and he ends up looking like a one trick pony...not great boxing if you ask me.....

he has skills, his footwork and his reflexes......but he is one dimensional and more of a bad style match up.........the whole small thing is just an excuse, at minimum almost everyone is a ****ing midget in that level, at minifly there are some bigger guys, but that was not his weightclass until recently

and come on man, minimumweight(calderons "prime" weightclass) ******....the only decent opposition he faced, had been beaten recently, none were even at their peak...

most of the elite were asian, so he didnt fight em, his best oppopnent is probably barrera......and he almost lost.......

since moving up, his opposition has been better, and he looks like crap imo.....not to mention hes fought guys who were not really that good, cazares is just a puncher, dieppa was shot, mayol, those fights didnt even get interesting to see if calderon could survive once he ran out of gas, because they got stopped early.....same with the rematch with cazares...esquer has lost in every step up and still gave him a competitive fight.....
