So Senchenko would beat Mosely for the main belt then, and be worthy of being a main belt holder at 147?

For fuck's sake, what a lopsided system, seriously. For once fair play for Floyd for not bothering with these belt fuckers. Good grief.

[QUOTE=Gorilla Dogs;8440438]People who ask who Senchenko is ... is NO boxing fan

thats kind of an ignorant statement now isnt it?

its not like people arent recognizing who mickey mantle is.

you are talking about a euro boxer with minimal to no coverage or talk of over here in the states.

Why would you want Mosley to keep that belt. His last fight was a welterweight fight and he lost. If he keeps the belt he's just a paper champion.

but im not a "fan" because i didnt recognize a european fighter whom has never been on american tv and mentioned very vaguely here in the states?
I agree with you. Some people just love to think they no more than everybody and because you never heard of a unknown fighter they want to rub it in.

It was a non-title fight, let him defend his title and lose it in the ring or let him give it up voluntarily. It doesn't even seem like the WBA's reason for stripping him was because he lost, it seems like it was just because he couldn't come to an agreement to defend their title in the fight.

He lost a welterweight fight he shoudn't be a champion. If he moved up in weight and loss then cool he should keep his belt. But he loss a fight in his own division. It dosent matter that the WBA stripped him because he didn't pay a sancationing fee he shouldn't be a champion because he lost his last welterweight fight.

All fighters need to reject the sanctioning organizations and fight for title of the Peoples Champion.
                    I second that

It's hard to swallow the idea of a fighter being "given" a title.

You used to have to fight for those things.
