The fight with Ruiz was generating crazy buzz in the fight community, and everyone from Briggs, to Adamek, Arreola, Bernard Hopkins, called Haye out afterwards. Wlad shot his terminator video a week after the fight was finished. You yourself made at least 10 threads about Haye after that fight. You cant deny that Haye gets people buzzing!

Haye sees his options and is now purposely dragging his feet as he realizes the power he wields in the Heavyweight division. All he has to do is say the word and this entire forum will go banannas again, you know it and I know it.

It was a while back, it was basically when Vitali wanted to fight David and then David did his own thing with Valuev, or at least if I remember correctly.

it was at a restuant.... for the signing between vitali and haye...

haye was wearing that shirt with him holding the brothers heads... so vitali grabbed him by the throat, and they wrestled... vitali pushed haye down, and haye did a dance on his way down.. to try and act like they were joking around

Is there a possibility Haye feels that way, yes I believe there is. I think that he probably sees himself as having the mental advantage now and that keeping quiet will add to that advantage for negotiations. Is that reality? I'm not sure but we'll know in the next couple of months, because if the fight doesn't get signed soon, there is no fight in 2010.

I dont think he plans to fight Wlad in 2010 to be honest, I think he wants to squeeze another step-up in competition before facing the Klitschkos. Does that make him a coward ? I dont think so. He is basically a cruiserweight with only 3 bouts at Heavyweight...Think about that for a second...No one else in history has been rushed at this pace to fight the #1 Heavyweight.

I would like to see him fight Povetkin or Adamek first and Vitali after that. Wlad is the toughest so he should save him for last...

If he fights Wlad now he has a 40% chance of winning, if he gets experience(2 more fights) |I think his chances double to 80%.

Yeah he also has a higher chance if they get older, I have to agree with that.

Its the dirty little secret in boxing, Age-draining your opponent, a lot of all-time greats have benefited from this.

                      Holmes waited for Ali
                      Floyd waited for Mosley
Vitali tried to do it with Lennox in the rematch
Marciano fought a lot of old guys in his career.

If Haye is doing this, which Im 75% sure he is, I cant really knock him for it. He is the smaller guy coming from a smaller weightclass and he is facing two enormous giants same time. Cant blame the guy for working all of his advantages.
