    Exactly!!!! If the test is soooo much better then why in the *** would there be any window whatsoever random or not?

        The power is in RANDOM , its more powerful than the test , the power of OST is not the testing its the deterrent value of not knowing when they will .

            Well it's up to them...Does that mean they'll test all athletes 18 days before their events? If some athletes think that, then they're ******..

                Yes he was lying he said the 18 days were due to a cut off deal. Which is a Lie.

                      The test are more of a mental thing then anything. If a fighter knows he could be tested at anytime he wont do any enhancement drugs.
