Of course he wants to fight in Germany, but when did he say that he would pull out of the tournament if it didn't happen?Comment

No written agreement, not even a verbal agreement lol
froch has mentioned retirement more than taylor has at this point which is just sad
panda believes he got over his own myth about his chin and is very afraid of abrahamComment

i have no problem with him not wanting to fight in germany but why does he always have to whine about ****? he mentioned quitting the tournament a few times now and who really cares if he does? hes like a kid who doesnt get his own way and wants to take his ball and go home.the dirrell fight was not a robbery at all it was a close scrappy fight that could have gone either way I have no problem with people saying dirrell won the fight but robbery? No chance.
Can you really blame froch for wanting the most important fight of his career to be in his back yard? What boxer wants to go to Germany knowing they are infamous for unfair judging.Comment

Realistically, if this fight goes to a decision, i see it favouring Froch. Abraham isn't active enough, and only fights in spurts through a shell defence. He opens up from mid to late rounds, but leaves himself open for counters in the process, which by then, Froch should have opened up a comfortable lead on the cards. Carl might be hitting arms more often though, as Abe's defense is tough to break through.
If anyone is knocking the other man out, it will be Abraham knocking the Cobra out in the late rounds. When Abe comes to life, he is very dangerous. I think Carl is confident in taking the fight all 12 rounds in which should favour him, but is worried about the hometown decision which has shown in both his previous fights against Dirrell and Kessler.
Sauerland is a crooked man when fights are held in Berlin, but the Froch/Dirrell officials were no angels either.Comment

Wrong. They reached an agreement and it was reported in several places, including on this website.
All of Sauerland's bull**** claims about there being no agreement came after Froch's fight with Kessler.
He doesn't have to. A refusal to have the fight is exactly the same thing as pulling out, because Showtime are not going to give them both a bye or points or anything if they are unable to come to an arrangement.Comment

I agree, if it goes 12-rounds Froch should be back himself to be pinching most of the rounds. If he can actually get behinds that fookin' jab and actually stay there I'd favour him.
If he throws that leaping in uppercut it's only fair that Froch gets KTFO. I can't believe he's gotten away with it for so long.Comment

The only thing I see is that if the fight is on neutral ground where could it be in Europe that would still make financial sense?Comment
