Then he ducked Manny when he offered him 14 days during ACTUAL negotitations last year?

Now that the 14 day off HAS BEEN GONE SINCE FEBRUARY, and Manny has agreed (with who exactly) to a non-exist offer, its Mayweather that is ducking?

oh so you're saying that pac's personality is more likeable than floyd's...i thought you said pac made some ****** excuses and lies so how come people and media still give him a pass?

pac has got a nice personality..he always has but that does not mean he did not make ****** excuses to not take tests cause he did..Unlike you, I could not care less who had a better personality but now you bring it up, dont get too caught up in Floyds rants when he puts on his promoters hat on and transforms into Money Mayweather..Thats just classic acting that got you people fooled.
pac also gets a lot of credit and a pass on most things because like Gatti,he is a ring warrior who loves blocking punches with his head and the media love that type of fighter.Now Floyd is a ring genius who hardly gets hit that when he does get hit,for example like twice in the Mosley fight people get excited,but the media hate this.he is near perfection in the ring and people hate it and his persona outside the ring when promoting so he gets less credit and more hate.
Of course you will disagree to this as you are probably one of the haters,so I guess we going to have to agree to disagree my friend.

is not what pac offered the most reasonable option!!! Pac has decided to meet him in the middle. If floyd is unwilling to negotiate then you have to question his real motives!!

Floyd tried to meet Manny in the middle MONTHS ago with the 14 days. Manny grabbed his things and walked, dude. Then in Februrary of this year, the offer was taken away. THUS IT MEANS NOTHING WITH MANNY AGREEING TO A NON EXIST OFFER!

IF, and that's a BIG if, what Arum is saying is true... it seems contratictory to what USADA is all about. The whole arguement behind doing random blood testing is that PEDs can be cycled in and out of the system so quickly and multiple masking agents can be used, therefore requiring multiple blood tests up to as close to the fight as they can get (and can do so up until the minute prior to the fight). The arguement that USADA not conducting blood tests past 18 days because it wasn't needed is beyond ludicrous, as some posters indicate that it is a deterant past that point because both fighters do not know IF they will be tested again. NOTHING is a deterant for some fighters using banned substances. Ali Funeka and Chavez Jr just to name a few knew they would be tested after their fights and still came up positve for illegal substances... apparently it did not deter them in any way.
My point is it would defeat the purpose of USADA testing all together if they didn't blood test beyond 18 days of that fight... all the while taking 8 random blood test (along with urine in some) in the weeks leading up to 18 days. It negates their whole selling point. I for one just find it hard to believe what Arum is saying, but you just never know... many things don't make sense in this business. It would have been nice if Ronnie would have interviewed other sources first (like Mosely) to get the truth from the horses mouth. Would be hard to dispute it coming from the actual source rather than a man (Arum) with an agenda.
Arum just can't keep his mouth shut. It's my personal belief that he is the key reason that this thing has become such a mockery in the first place. His ego is bigger than the size of Texas and if he keeps this up he's gonna ruin our chances of seeing the fight we all want to see. Unfortuneatly, I just don't think he can keep that big yapper shut.

You were fine with Manny getting his way. Saying "he doesn't have to bow down to Floyd Gayweather"..saying, "14 days is too close, it will make him weak."

But you NEVER wanted 14 days when it was a REALITY.
