I don't know why this is still being talked about. I don't think anyone can realize a difference between a cut-off date and the last time they were tested. Think about it for half a second. Ok you with me here?

Cut-Off date insures that testing will stop at a certain time and there is NO chance of random testing being issued henceforth.

The last time they were tested, is just as it says. They felt no more need to test afterwards and did not do so. That doesn't mean it was a cut-off date, read up for that definition.

There is no date because of the fact that it deters people from cheating the whole way through.

*******s are the same. I like both Pac and Floyd but common sense goes out the window when talking about them.*******s seem to cause this uproar in these forums.
I ask you one question my man,if Floyd came out with all those excuses for not taking the tests he would get killed by the fans and media unlike pac who gets a pass..do you agree??please answer this question...

i myself will wait for confirmation whether this is true or not. but you should wonder also, if it were true, why did they stop at 18days? your reason that they deemed it unnecessary to test further is crap and you know it.
