Would I love for Pac to take the random test all the way up to the fight? Yes. Do I want to see the fight? yes.
But, I am getting to the point where, I am losing interest in the fight. And, just not care anymore if they fight or not.

Just because the final tests were taken 18 days before the fight does not mean that that was the cut-off. The entire point of RANDOM drug testing is that it is unexpected, if you can guess that the final test will occur on the final day available to the testers then you may be able to prevent a positive test. It is therefore not unusual for the final test not to have occurred at the very end of the testing period.
I would understand 7 days of no blood test for a supposed no cut-off OST, but 18 days? Really?
If this is true, my conspiracy theory is that 18 days is an "unofficial" cut-off date that was keep under wraps.

Now is that an excuse for not going through with it? Not really. But, I think both have the mentality of it is my way or the highway.
