Pacquiao only agreed to 14 days after Mayweather said he wasn't going to accept it in the future. I hope Mayweather calls his bluff.

very true J, but an article came out in FEBRUARY, where mayweather stated if his ppv numbers were better, he would request a bigger split, and he'd request testing until the day of the fight.

The thing is though are we really sure negotiations haven't started yet? Arum and Schaefer have said they'll be doing the negotiating absolutely in private. They won't be telling the media anything if they started or not. Whenever the media asks either Arum or Schaefer about negotiations they both have the same statement, "No comment." Even Roach was asked about negotiations before the Khan/Malignaggi fight and his answer was, "I've been told to shut up about that."
