90% of boxers have no history of cheating but they are still subjected to drug tests why? Simply to deter them from cheating at all and since that is not working all Mayweather is asking for is that him and Manny take better drug tests than the ones in currently in place since those aren't good enough to deter cheating as evidenced by numerous boxers. Simple nothing more nothing less.
