Yes he would not agree to the OST procedure and walked away from the fight , it was big news funny your not aware of it , Arum also made other demands and when Floyd agreed to everything they went back to the OST issue which ironically was in the first draft given them , and then to top it off they signed Clottey in a day , you know Arums Clottey ,,, its all very su****ious .

they never wanted to fight floyd at that time. roach even said pac wasnt ready for floyd. they were negotiating with clottey all along. they used the ost to get out of the fight. your right they did agree to it. then balked and ran to clottey. i dont think they were expecting this kind of backlash. they thought they could dupe the public. and they did for a while but now people are starting to wonder why pac is not accepting the test. shane took it. that made people take a closer look.

all this if the commish says so is just a smoke screen to avoid taking the ost. bob arum is a very powerful man. he has many friends on the commish. he already knows it would take years to create and institute a policy for ost. and of course cost is always a factor. manny has said he is willing to take random blood test until 24 days before the fight. what couldnt you cycle on and off in that time frame? this commish talk is just a big public relations ploy that a lot of fans has fallen for. manny didnt want to let the commish decide a penalty for comming in over wt did he? so why wait for the commish for ost? lets be real here.

He may be bitter. But its not a good look at ALL. This guy used to be trained under Roach and was on PED's along with James Toney....then he helped trained Manny as well. Now he's telling Manny to cut the excuses and take the more stringent test then he tells about how the current boxing tests are a JOKE.

No matter how any Manny fans tries to spin it, NONE OF THIS LOOKS GOOD FOR MANNY! And the sad thing is, ALL of this could have been avoided.

show where he said that! thats what excuse they used the first time to duck floyd. pacs camp has consistently said they will not do a 14 day cutoff. roach is qouted on boxing scene every other day saying how bad they want to fight floyd but without the testing demands. i dont know where you got that from but it wasnt from roach or arum.

your right pac dont want to level the playing field nor does he want to clean up the sport. you are exactly right in every thing you said. but did you know roach has a history of working with athletes that has tested positive for peds? another reason they dont want to clean up the sport.
