No, because the user agreed to take testing that could prevent him from cheating. That's why. It's about prevention going forward.

i read that qoute several times and he just said manny without the roids was just an average joe. so even pacs fans think he is on something. but i still cant believe he said that. wow is right.

Who is "nobody?" The State Athletic Commission? You are proving my point. Mosley was on PEDs and none took him to task - no one even thought to test him tougher...or anyone else! Heck, I don't even think he got suspended. So how does that make a fighter look when he turns down stricter testing but says he's ok with it but let's wait for the commission to do something?

Conclusion: NSAC and all State Boxing Commission are all INUTILE on PED testing thus USADA should take over the PED testing on boxing....

for the record we dont care what country a fighter is from. we only want a clean fight. you keep throwing shane under the bus. butshane took the ost. and passed. you can bring up shanes past all day, but shane proved himself clean. get it.

Or they can implement USADA testing. Either way, a fighter shouldn't hold that up. He should get behind it. If he's clean, anyway.

For the record, I believe 85% chance that Floyd will beat Pac even IF Pac is on roid.

The question is why does Floyd does not beleives in him just like the majority of the boxing fanatics...

BUT I also want to see the 15% chance of Pac winning if they will fight, hopefully before the end of the year!!!

I have said all along that if Pac is one day to be busted, it would be because of a former employee who is bitter about getting fired or has gotten himself into some kind of trouble opens his mouth; not because of testing. Much like when Jose Canseco outted the rest of baseball's 'roiders (some of whom lied about it in sworn testimony). Lies are a house of cards. One piece comes out and the whole house collapses.

The proposed OST's are not to catch drug use, but to prevent it.
