There is no problem with this thread i mean:
1) This guy is a ******* (Don't need to say nothing about it )
2) He misses a Murderer, cares more about a boxer more than the victims of the murder.
3) He supports a cheater, a guy can't win a fight with his talent, only with his weapons
4) He's a Floyd Hater

Nope nothing wrong with the guy
He isn't a *******, he created the word. He just dislikes Floyd.
Floyd knows what he's doing. He knows how to sell a fight. I'm not a fan of his behaviour and i think what we see is the real mayweather, with slightly hammed up behaviour for the camera's sake. But his skills are undeniable. I'm gonna say without his onscreen performances, he doesnt sell nearly as much ppv's, gates etc. His fights are great if you're a fan of watching near perfect technical displays, but that doesn't draw in the casual fan and that's not every hardcore fans cup of tea, his personality and how he sells the fight does.
Think back to Roy jones jr, one of the most talented fighters of this era. He was undeniably talented, he won fights in dominating fashion. But in his prime, a lot of casual fans had no idea who roy jones jr was. I might be wrong, but i think his first ppv was the griffen rematch, and i think that was on a weekday or something. I was always a big fan of his, but found myself a little bored from time to time with his fights. Same with mayweather earlier in his career, i knew a lot of people who had no idea who he was prior to his fight with Gatti. His talent was hard to ignore, but i found myself slightly bored during some of his fights.
That's not a put down on either fighter, i respect what both do and have offered to the sport. I think mayweather is very aware of what sells a fight.
I agree with you. If it had not been for the 24/7 show, Mayweather/Mosley would have only sold 700K like Pac/Clottey and not the 1.4 million it did sell. However, without the tons of publicity over OST with Mayweather that immediately preceded the Clottey fight, Pac/Clottey would have sold 400,000 at most.
