      All time?? LOL

He is in the top ten today, perhaps top ten since 2000. Not Top ten in the last thirty years.

Most, including the experts, agree he's the most gifted. His defensive mastery alone speaks for itself.

Probably the main thing he's got going againt him is his lack of knockout action and pure excitement. But that's mostly due to the opponent's lack of plans B and C when they're faced with frustration against Floyd.

As far pure skills are concerned, he's in the top 2.

Many will argue that Pacquaio is more well rounded and exciting.

But in the skills department, I feel Floyd dominates all others in the weight class.

The argument will cease to continue when Floyd and Manny finally meet in the ring to prove supremacy.

exactly. he looks like he is but look at his competition

how can he be the best when he struggled with an old oscar
and a guy like whittaker made it close in their fight when oscar was in his
                prime.

judah looked like hte greatest of all time till he faced kostya tszyu

there's a reason floyd cherry picks. part of his great defence
is retiring each time he wins a fights to duck the top contenders
who has he fought in the past 3 years ?

                an old oscar
                a blown up lightweight
an old mosley who got outboxed by cotto

This question would would be blown away in the history section. Try it there and see how different the sudents of the game vote compared to the 16-17 year olds in the nsb that think Mayweather is the best ever.

I think you would be hard pressed to find any boxer in history who does exactly what he does. But on the same token. Pac is unique in what he does. So who is the more skilled? Dont know really.
Hope that ansers ur question. THanks. I dont like that mans eyes in your sig as well when he gets sparked out.
