It looks that way. I don't understand it personally. If Pavlik beat Steiglitz by KO (which he would IMO) then he'd have a belt, more confidence and maybe start to be a draw again. If he loses to Bute then he really have nowhere to go from there.

Bute is probably the worst style matchup for Pavlik.

Bute doesnt move as much because he have 1 punch KO power, and can back you up. Martinez needs to move to create distance and openings for him to punch!

He knows Pavlik is done as an elite fighter and he's going to milk him for every penny he can make off Pavlik. He did the same thing to Cotto and other fighters and he's doing it right now to Margacheato and Pavlik.
