The manager for WBA heavyweight champion David Haye, Adam Booth, has advised WBO/IBF/IBO champion Wladimir Klitschko to move forward with a mandatory defense against Alexander Povetkin. The IBF gave Klitschko and Haye until May 17 to reach an agreement. The deadline has passed and the 30-day period has begun for Klitschko and Povetkin to reach a deal before a purse bid is ordered. Both parties continue to discuss a potential fight but Booth says it will take several weeks to work out the finanical details, fight date and location, so Klitschko should fight Povetkin while the parties negotiate. I can't believe Haye talked about the Klitschko's the way he did, how he would save the division and when the oppurtunity is offered to him, he doesn't want none.

some of you dumb****s are so quick to shout someone is ducking someone without taking everything into account.
hayes missus is having a kid. hayes manager / promoter is probably a little to lightweight if the truth be told to handle all these negotiations as quickly as someone with a bit more clout and experience.
the deal will happen. they will fight. at the moment, why not have the upper hand and mess the klits around, it's all working to plan. GB will surely step in soon and make the deal happen and get it on all the networks.
until then some of you internet warriors need a bit more patience
