Anyone take melatonin the night before a fight?

just curious about other boxers, and if they do it. so, does anyone here take melatonin to sleep well the night before?

I drank "Relax Drank" and it has melatonin, that **** puts you to sleep in no time lol

yeah i was sleeping with this nurse who got uber sleeping pills but cut her loose...

shame, i could use some now. they were little white pills with a scored side and writing on the other. one knocks you the F OUT. better than lunesta, and the other one thats kinda shaped like an ibuprofin.

sleep is important.

What's the half-life of that stuff? I'd imagine having it in your system at the time of a fight would have a negative effect.
