He fights for the paper also just like everyone else not because he wants to fight the best fighters available.

But don't take it from me. Watch the video below and take it from the horses mouth.

Great post, great video to go with it. It basically says it all. I didn't need to see it but there's many idiots that do.

The bashing you got for the 2 fights where you fell on your butt 4 times rocked your brains so hard that got you unto thinking you won the fight.
View the tapes again and see whose hand the referee raised. I am sure it was not yours. And your face?....looked like a sorry ass.
      ....dream on.

Lol, what Marquez is doing is going after someone he thinks he can beat and oh yea Marquez's biggest pay day was against PBF not Manny. Nobody get's paid for Manny unless their a superstar. FLOYD IS THE SUPERSTAR!

Clowning? I'm telling you the truth. All of this "my guy is better than your guy" is silly.

We need look at what reality is. This is business. These guys make money off of us debating **** we really don't know.

I would try to sit here and do the typical boxingscene back and forth dissing but for now on I gonna look at the reality of all of this between Floyd and Pac.

Ain't nuthin wrong with Pac. He's just doing what they tell him to do. He's has good advisors. He's making millions. So what's there to clown him for. I wish I were in his shoes

But like I said, his people carefully guide him through this money pit. They know Manny is a cash cow just like Floyd is.

But Manny's camp has a lot of concerns about a fight with Floyd. And if they fight they are going to make sure that he is WELL COMPINSATED because it will probably be his last.

I'm not going to dis you. You can reply by dissing me but I'm just going to state my opinions on the fight and the fight only.

            • Marquez . . looking for a farewell fight(s)

Its pretty sad, that a once proud Mexican warrior, Juan Manuel Marquez a truly elite counter-puncher is now basically begging Pacquiao for another fight.

Unfortunately, Marquez optimum fighting weight is likely at 135lbs. If he fights, Pacquiao (and that is a BIG IF) at 140 or more, we know what happened (i.e. during the Mayweather fight) - he is slow, very slow, which is why he got tagged by Money May almost at will. If you extrapolate and consider the bulk-up/slow moving Marquez and the power shots of Pacquiao (and his considerable speed at 140 - 147 lbs), he will finally be KO'd definitively. As they say, be careful what you wish for, all the grand-standing, all the negative comments against Pac . . may result to a vicious RETIREMENT! (i.e. as in KO within two to three rounds).

To some degree, Marquez should be thankful to Pac, one reason why he is rated very highly in the various P4P lists is because of the tremendous battles these two ring warriors had. However, clearly Marquez is on a decline (i.e. due to age, plenty of ring wars) . . there is no shame in that. All the elite fighters eventually have their days numbered . . and hopefully, Marquez will realize that. He has earned enough money . . recognize as one of the best boxers Mexico has produced . . lots of memorable ring wars . . its time to look for reasonable farewell fights, rather than get inside the ring with plenty of risk on the line (its not worth it).

I've thrashed Manny on more than one occasion. But I'm done with it.

I just want to tald about the fight if it happens. I want real opinions on why the fighter of their choice is going to win.

IN MY OPINION, Floyd's style in not well suited for Pac. Floyd is bigger, just as fast, impecable defence and the best counter puncher in the game. That spells a long night for Pac.

Pac is a ****er. The best ****er in the sport today. He ain't scared to take it to you and risks taking shots in the process. But, IN MY OPINION, he needs to land a lot in order to wear his opponent down. And with Floyd, you are not going to land a lot.

IN MY OPINION, this is how the fight is going to pan out if it happens. Manny will start the fight off very fast. Floyd, like always, will go into his defensive mode to take a good look at Manny's positioning.

Floyd is going to take a few shots early but in order to know Floyd out Manny is going to have to hit hime with George Foreman sledge hammer combos in bunches because as we saw in the Mosley fight Floyd has a decent chin IF he gets hit.

But, IN MY OPINION, this fight will basically be over by the third round. I see Floyd take control after he starts to time Manny's frontal assualts. And then you a going to see a typical Floyd fight.

oh come on pull, thats a stretch to say floyd came in 13lbs over the contracted wt for the jmm fight. floyd didnt even tip the scales at 154 for the dlh fight. to say he picked up that much wt is crazy!!!

When or if he fights Floyd you are going to see how much of a mismatch it will be. Manny has taken care of business against fighters that were carefully selected for specific reasons.

Manny and his camp are in NO rush to step in the ring with Floyd. If Manny and his camp really thought they had a chance with Floyd this fight would have already happened.

When or if the fight happens, IN MY OPINION, it's going to be very lobsided. People are going to wonder why Manny didn't dominate Floyd like he did some of the other welters he faced.

Alot of people are going to blame Manny's involvement in politics. But I don't think no one is going to blame the blood tests because Manny will train hard as *** for the fight.

The bottom line is Manny beat the people that were carefully put in front of him. And he beat them bad. But this is a game of big money. Manny's handlers know what the *** they are doing. And it's all a fascade.

                      good post. i agree 100%
