I will get blasted for saying this, but Ortiz is the much more dangerous opponent for Khan than Maidana is.
Maidana is wild and sloppy, but can be controlled at range. Ortiz is heavy handed also, accurate and has good timing.
Khan should want no part of Ortiz right now. Maidana is a safer bet.

wow...this would be a great fight. I'd root for Ortiz...but like I said before...I'd want Ortiz to fight two or three more times like he did with Campbell. He fought a technical fight (which is a good thing). Khan was impressive against Malinaggi, he boxed well; but unlike Malinaggi, I think Ortiz has the power to stop Khan. As you saw Khan was hittable too.

true that, listen carefully to the words that Maidana said at the end of the fight, basiclly what he meant was that he was in a battle that he didnt want to be and a battle that he dont want to repeat again...I think that if Ortiz would've stayed in the fight the ending would've been different....

maidana early and ortiz probably mid fight, ortiz does well jumping on stunned opponents
prepare to see the most protected fighter in history in KHAN
and his chin

this is the biggest fight to be made (if hatton is retired) at 140. both guys are vulnerable. I've been a fan of vic for some time, but i didn't like what i saw vs the galaxy warrior.
khan has all the skill to be great, but that chin of his will prevent him from becoming legendary. i don't understand what the deal is with vic. it appears to be all in his head.
