Margarito's power wasn't there because he never made the effort to put any force behind his punches.He was in there with a durable opponent in a weight class above his best.He hadn't been in the ring for some 15 months and wanted to get in as much work as possible.


He clowned around and got in his ten rounds and his adoring crowd loved every minute of it.

in Nevada they provide the gauze and tape for the fighters and have a NSAC official present at all times once the fighter is in the dressing room.

CSAC allows trainers to bring their own gauze and tape.
