Well no **** Sherlock, but the the majority are detectable through urine tests. Ask your self why 75% of the test IOC do is urine testing.
Yes there are some PEDs that are only detectable through blood, fine, but then why did Floyd give that 14 day period in the first place? and why not just agree to the 24 days?

so i hold heartly believe pac should take the test but the cut off should be 14-17 days. i think they'll reach that point. pac took the blood test for clottey at 20 days prior to the fight. any objections? show me proof that 14 days is worth 25mil plus legacy plus suspension from the sport plus letting down your country and everyone that looks upto you. and those 14 days mean ****. he wouldn't risk it.

I like Floyd myself I just find it hard to like him when there are so many fools surrounding him, the same swings with Manny, the percentages just seem in Floyds favour

I don't reject stricter testing, they should be implemented if possible.
But I just don't see the big fuss over the test for this fight. There has not been a big wave of drug cheats recently, there has not been a serious injury or death caused resulting from someone who had been using which has prompted to this necessary need to the testing.

The way I see it is, the die had Floyd fans would rather Floyd get his own way then there to be no fight at all.
