Didn't I ask you to provide me a link which shows that Pacquiao agreed to random blood tests up until the fight and that he knew what the tests entailed (i.e. the number of tests, amount of blood drawn etc.)

I mean there's a difference to Pac suggesting he'll do a more comprehensive testing protocol and actually knowing what that entails.

Hence the negotiations whence everything was conveyed etc.

What he offered does not fall under OSDT guidelines. So he really didn't "compromise" anything LOL. You can spin this any way you want but Pacquiao was not "compromising."
