i dont think they thought that manny was ready for floyd at the time. the drug testing **** is just a cover story.

I mean there's a difference to Pac suggesting he'll do a more comprehensive testing protocol and actually knowing what that entails.

Hence the negotiations whence everything was conveyed etc.

        Provide me with a link
Olympic Styled Testing IS more comprehensive testing. That is what was requested. What are you, daft?

Really, this is simple logic, man.
There are 20 diffrent reasons as you said and i'm not in the buissness of picking out one or another because as I said plenty of times over and over "I DONT GIVE A *** ABOUT TESTS I GIVE A *** ABOUT FIGHTS"

Stop trying to win this argument for Floyd just stop! What you should be doing is praying to the boxing God's that Floyd and Pac drop their ****** ***ing ego's and get in the ***ing ring already. Thats what you should be doing becasue thats all that matters.

Did he or did he not lie, Kilrain? Has he not made ****** excuses? Has his promoter not lied on his behalf? I suppose I need to ignore all of that to prove I'm not biased. God help us.

What he offered does not fall under OSDT guidelines. So he really didn't "compromise" anything LOL. You can spin this any way you want but Pacquiao was not "compromising."
so why did floyd, in turn, negotiated for 14 days? wasn't he 'compromising' too?

yeah like he doesn't spend every second of his time on this board trying to convince people that Floyd's excuses are better than Pac's excuses.

Unpredented at the time it arose. Some fighters are considering it, but it is still not a requirement period. Just because the fighters you named wanted to do it doesn't mean Pac doesn't have a legit argument for not wishing to bow to Floyd's demands and go outwith Commision stipulations

This isn't an argument for Floyd, but your own personal bias assumes that. Can't say I blame you. I mean, how else can someone say "I don't care about the tests" while conveniently forgetting all the lies that caused it to fall apart?
