Americans are just more evolved human beings than the British.
Aghh the ******ity and ignorance in some of these threads is unreal. Being English and lived here for 25 years and also having spent a few years in the states I can strongly state that your claim makes you sound like a ****ing idiot. "Americans are more evolved human beings than the British"?? Is that why people in your country look down on Mexicans like they are dirt on their shoe? England is one of the most multi cultural countries in the world and people of all races intergrate. I have spent a lot of time in Atlanta and its like being back in the 40's.. hardly anyone integrates, there are 'white clubs', 'black clubs' etc.. it is awful. I know I am generalising here and haven't experienced all of the States but from what I have witnessed in Georgia it is miles behind England in terms of racial equality.

Although there will be idiots in England who dislike Amir Khan because of his race the vast majority of people dislike him because ever since he turned pro has has run his mouth and acted like the world owes him something before he has paid his dues. Since he joined with Roach it has become ten times worse and he never stops piping up.. THIS is why people dislike him. Also, the person who said that "Froch runs his mouth and every in England loves him" I am guessing you have never been to England or if you do live there you have had your head in the sand for the last 3 years. 95% of English boxing fans outside of Nottingham hate Froch, hence the reason that no TV stations pick up his fights.

I honestly think people just post things on the website to get a reaction. I cannot stand Amir Khan and it has nothing to do with his race or boxing ability, its because I think he's an arseh0le. Simple as that.

I remember before the Prescott fight, and especially after the 2004 Olympics, Amir Khan was hailed as a British hero, mostly because of the fact that he was Britain's youngest olympic medalist in boxing. This was also before London's 7/7 bombings in 2005, after which British anger against its ****** community has been on the increase ever since. Despite this, Khan still proudly waved around the British flag and did whatever he can outside of boxing to support his country, for which he was applauded by the British media. In the pre-Prescott days, he was so popular in Britain that he was already on PPV before even winning any world titles.

However, this all changed as soon as Khan was knocked out by Prescott in 2008, after which Khan was no longer considered a "real" Brit, but became just another ****** P*ki, by many of the same people that once hailed him as a British hero. Though this only applies to a minority of the British population (and I'm not suggesting America is any better either), there is a significant number of Brits that do indeed hate him for his religion or ethnicity (or for being more successful than white British fighters in his weight class), and this has only increased after his KO loss to Prescott, so I wouldn't really blame Khan for becoming somewhat disillusioned and no longer feeling the same kind of love he once felt for Britain. If anything, I think it's at least brought out some "attitude" in him for once, something he lacked in the years before the Prescott fight.

well i started off liking khan, then he kinda just opened his mouth.
something about khan's personality is just very annoying. hes very arrogant but can't present his arrogance in a stylish manner. khan instead sounds like he is reading out of a bible when he talks about himselfc. prince naseem said everything with style and flair.

              i'm not brittish though

We all know why Khan is not embraced by the Brits. Its because of the institutionalized racism that exists in England against ******s.

Britain, like the U.S has waged a mass propaganda campaign to dehumanize and vilify ******s as a systematic exercise to sway public opinion towards justifying imperialism in the middle east.

This is the reason Brits will never embrace Khan as one of their own and continually display an irrational hatred for him.

He hasn't done anything to illicit the kind of response that he is getting from Brits that other British fighters do. Some claim they don't like him because he's got a big mouth (allegedly), yet they love Carl Froch who has a bigger mouth.

Some claim its because he hasn't fought anyone, but you can make that argument for a lot of other high profile British fighters, so it can't be that.

Just be truthful and say that you can't embrace him as one of your own because he's a Pakistani and you don't like Pakistani's.

Be real about it and don't *****foot around the issue.

If Hatton, Calzaghe, or Froch was a decorated Olympic medalist you guys would be on his nuts like a ****star rides ****.

This isn't directed at ALL Brits, but there is a healthy majority here for which it applies.
yep. some brits are racist, or they are prejudiced against ******s. however many more brits are just *******s. just kidding brits

I know kahn gets a lot of stick and has a big mouth but I like him. He's never in a boring fight has massive heart and though his chin is made of paper he's always trying to get the tough fights. I love watching a kahn fight and be on the edge of my seat not knowing if he'll get sparked or pull it out and get the win.

As for the racist stuff? Whatever ... you've gotta be a wanker to be a racist and a p*ssy to be offended by it, especially when it's some non existent **** that's more in your own head than the real world. Bringing up your race or somebody else's race or liking/disliking somebody because of it is pathetic and tells more about you than anybody else or any of the people you are complaining about.
