It's by far the biggest fight that can be made at Jnr Welterweight right now, with the unification of three titles, and the fact that everyone already knows that they're both head and shoulders better than anyone else in the division; plus it would almost certainly be for The Ring belt as well, because Pac will almost certainly have been forced to give it up by then; and fighting Kotelnik or Prescott would certainly not make it any bigger - if anything it would do the opposite. And the winner would be a big star if they fought right now, as long as it's a good fight. Plus if it's a good fight, they could have a rematch down the line and make a fortune.

When fighters avoid each other in order to "let it simmer", you end up with them never fighting in their primes, like Mosley-Mayweather, which is just ****** and terrible for boxing. Anyone who doesn't want them to fight now, when neither of them seems to be able to find any credible opponents, is not a boxing fan.

I think I've kind of figured out why Bradley isn't fighting Alexander yet Dave. I think it may be fear, but I've kind of put myself in his shoes. He needs to get his feet wet with HBO. Sort of like Khan with his American debut he wants an opponent he can look good against. Sucks but it is what it is. And plus Alexander probably has the upper hand in the money split given the fact that he's unified and has appeared on HBO before. So Bradley may be trying to take a couple of warm up fights to get the HBO audience familiar with him.

I'm not really a Bradley fan as it is, but if he doesn't fight Alexander at least within the next one or two fights he is on my boycott list fo sho.

Isn't Don King his promoter? He might as well fight Prescott and Kotelnik because no promoter of the other champs will do business with Don.

incorrect, Don King has done numerous fights with gary Shaw, King and shaw always match their guys up, so not sure why they wont make this one happen. Bradley and Alexander are good, but comeon there ain't no build up for these 2. They need to fight because it will be a pretty big fight and it will be good for the sport - all this posturing is actually hurting the sport and turning people on to MMA. If HBO is willing then just get the fight done!!! I respect alexanders camp because they are willing to make the best fights possible, how in the hell do these guys have open HBO dates? we got Ortiz, Maidana, alexander, lamont peterson(still a live dog), bradley, Khan, Guzman, kotelnick, marquez, and there might be a couple i'm forgetting

wtf is with all these 140 lbers tiptoeing around each other????

devon/prescott is an uncompetitive one-sided beating and stoppage.

kotelnik seems like he isn't gonna be treated like an opponent.

I mean, I'll watch it, but these fights prove absolutely nothing and fails to impress me. aren't we tired of seeing one sided fights.
