I did'nt say he had cast on his hands. He was caught many times wrapping his hands illegally. He wrapped his hands with tape first instead of gauze, and anyone that has been a fighter will tell you that makes your hands feel like rock. Plasterbooy does not have devastating punching power to damage Tito like nobody at 147 or 154 could.

The only fighters to wobble Tito was B-Hop and RJJ at 160 and up.
