I did'nt say he had cast on his hands. He was caught many times wrapping his hands illegally. He wrapped his hands with tape first instead of gauze, and anyone that has been a fighter will tell you that makes your hands feel like rock. But there are different states and commissions that allow this. I for one say it's a huge advantage and imo the same as cheating.
