I thought he did a EXCELLENT job tonight. He has a real talent for it.

I'd much sooner listen to him than any of the others like Kellerman, Lewis, Farhood, Bernstein, Atlas, Matthews, etc.

It's a very refreshing change to hear his commentary and analysis. I think poorly talented, overly negative color commentators like Atlas and Matthews have done no good for the popularity of our sport.

    I like Tarver, he's good.

I do like Farhood a lot though.

I thought Tarver was fair, objective, and very insightful when discussing the poor job Dawson's corner did in advising him.

Max Kellerman is the best he keeps it real all the time I like those guys who are not afraid to speak there minds when it comes to all subjects in boxing just like the Guzman situation he didn't hold his tongue he told it like it is

Tarver is doing a really good job.

But give props to Farhood. He had some great lines tonight. Two I remember:

Boxer Vernon Paris has been shot twice (and stabbed). Farhood said, "He gives new meaning to a shot fighter."

After Vernon's crappy performance: "Remember, Paris wasn't built in a day."

He had another line I forgot.

Those are the three qualities I'd like to find more often in boxing's other commentator/analysts.
