Your ignorant comment that Jack Johnson was any less "American" than Joe Louis exemplifies that. Yes, get back to the topic. Good move.
how 'American' you are is obviously subject to what people think 'American' is, because that description sure as hell isnt set in stone. It can mean a huge number of things depending on who you are. so trying to describe anyone in that light is silly.

that being said, Jack Johnson was a jackass and a selfish bastard. not to mention incredibly overrated. he wasnt even the first black champion, and his in ring credentials or performances arent that great either. hes certainly not much better than Harry Wills, and often I find that people that put Jack Johnson as high as #3 wont even put Wills in their top 10 or even top 15. hilarious.

uhhhh anyways topic at hand...I am quite happy with Dzinziruk, and hope to see him in more meaningful fights in the future(although it was a warmup fight after a layoff, Dawson wasnt that great of an opponent).
There are a few people for him to contest with...most notably Cotto, Foreman, Margarito, Angulo and Cintron...but for the time being, I think its fair to put him as the number 1 fighter at 154lbs.
