Saying Pac has the best offense is like saying Paul Williams has the best offense.

Just because you take the most shots in the NBA doesnt make you the best offensive player.

    That is all.

Nice one burner that's like comparing Lebron/Kobe with Dwight Howard, Dwight has a better FG%, does that mean he's a better offensive player? yes?

KO Percentage has nothing to do with number of fights idiot..

People call Pac's offense predictable, and really the only predictable thing about it now is that he is going to throw a lot, but you don't know what he will throw or where it is coming from.

Floyd is completely incapable of the offensive explosiveness Pac is, just as Pac is completely incapable of the defensive wizardry Floyd is capable of.
Ok, the angles thing. Its a great thing Pac does but that is over played because hes a southpaw.

For all the talk of Pacs offense , why was it shut down and neutralized by Marquez? Floyds offense cant be shut down. Just like MOST of the forum knows when Pac fights Floyd his offense will look amateur at best.

People put pretty words on it. Angles, burst, explosive, dynamic etc..but when you really watch him fight which is what I did. I logged off and jumped into my Pac collection. What I saw was very good footwork and a workrate with speed on it that rendered people useless. So it was just bunch of punches at high speeds.

Take away the speed and footwork and he would be Margarito. Put 9 inches on him and slow him down some and hed be Paul Williams.

I thought about this as well. Work rate with speed and you have Pacquiao/Calzaghe.

                    Exactly.......

People act like what Pac is doing has never been seen before.

Anybody ever seen Joe Calzaghe fight? Its the SAME thing. Without the power.

So Floyd Mayweather is capable of doing what Pacquiao does? Is that what you're saying? Floyd's offense can't be shut down because his offense is just part of his defense.

Pac's offense now is not the same as it was against Marquez, and for getting "shut down" it sure was good enough to score a knockdown and win the second fight, when Pacquiao hadn't developed the skills he has now.

LMAO, take away the speed and footwork, or make him 9 inches taller and slower. Take Floyd's speed, footwork and reflexes away and his defense is the same as Eddie Chambers. That's the argument you just made.
