There's no proof that Margarito knew what was going on, so, yes, he should be allowed to fight in America again.

I'm still su****ious of the whole thing. Weren't the wraps taken from Mararito's dressing room by Richardson or someone before being returned? Sounds very odd and I wouldn't be surprised if they were tampered with in that time period.
