'Cos it's not a bluff. Floyd really wants Pac to go through the testing 'cos he knows it will affect him mentally. Everyone knows that Pac was very vocal about the blood test as one of the main reasons why he lost to Morales. Whether that reason is BS to you or not, who are we to judge?
