What is a olympic Drug test and what was Pacmans excuse not to take it(Dont flame)

Olympic drug testing I believe is blood and urine testing done in the Olympics.
Pac Man's excuse is that it would interrupt his training.

OSDT is Random Blood Testing. It's totally random and agents from the USADA randomly show up at whatever place you're at and they take I think it's a tablespoon of blood.

Pac doesn't want to take it because he feels that it'll make him "weak" for the fight and is supposedly afraid of needles.
