Manny Pacquiao won't give blood because he's a cheater.

Mayweather is not asking Pacquiao to do anything he won't do himself. Kind of like Pacquiao demanding that Cotto drop to 145 for the fight.

Cotto should just have said that weighing in at 145 made him weak.

Mayweather can have the fight anytime he wants but makes up excuses to not have the fight. HGH or any other PED's can stay in your system for months.
There is no ****ing difference with taking the tests one day before the fight and immediately after the fight, when it comes to detecting PED's.

either you are choosing to stay ignorant to the facts or just dont care, but for boxers, according to victor conte, during training is when steriod usage is most important, thus DURING TRAINING RANDOMLY is the best chance to detect is. i dont get this push to do it at a time when the steroids are either out of a fighters system, or after a fight when its long cycled out.

and what evidence does floyd have that the fight wouldn't be on a even playing field? i can undestand asking for tests against a admitted steroid user but manny has never failed a test nor had been suspected till floyd sr bull**** remarks about manny.

Hes not making up any excuses. He wanted random blood testing..Manny didnt want it..Floyd gave Manny a 14 day window, and Manny didnt want it.Manny wanted a 10 million dollar penalty for the weight..Floyd agreed. Im not a huge fan of either fighter, but to me Manny pacquiao doesnt want this fight, Manny wants to fight Cheato. Btw many are supporting Floyds test demands, Ward and Green even want to go as far as doing the same testing for their bout.

There is no reason for the test in the first place.

Floyd just made another excuse in his long line of excuses to avoid another fighter.
