Mayweather can have the fight anytime he wants but makes up excuses to not have the fight. HGH or any other PED's can stay in your system for months.
There is no ****ing difference with taking the tests one day before the fight and immediately after the fight, when it comes to detecting PED's.

Just because some boxer wakes up and thinks "random blood testing for all fights has to happen" and implements it, doesn't mean it's all that necessary.
You seem to forget he accepts tests after the fight. So tell me how in the **** can PED's not be caught when right after the fight happens, he immediately goes to the locker room and takes a blood test.
