I see you didnt need a commission when inserting $10 million penalties for your opponent coming one pound over weight, You didnt need the commission when you fought Cotto at 145, You didnt need the same commission when you fought a drained Morales with penalties stipulated in the contract, Now that you have a high-profile opponent who also have the power to throw some stipulation back at you in a contract you all of a sudden want everyone to abide by the commission's rules....Sign the contract or retire and STFU.

If you're looking at things from a "reality" standpoint like you claim to be then you would have failed to notice that the Philippines is very different in the way it is run compared to any ********ic stronghold. The Philippines is ran corrupt because of the so called qualified candidates, all might i add who have an education and/or family background in politics, who were put in office.
