Yes he did but if he had any su****ions before hand and the proper testing was in place to ensure that they would come in on a level playing field, you best believe that they would have to take the tests in order for the fight to happen.

Its only a game if Pac is using peds and he is trying to figure out ways and loopholes to beat the test. If he is clean there is nothing wrong and he wouldn't be afraid to take the tests. The top athletes in the world do this, other boxers in the sport do this, why is he so afraid to do this if he is an elite athlete with nothing to hide?
Mayweather is known to do **** to get in his opponent's head and that's exactly what this is about. He's all of a sudden concerned for his life/career because he's fighting a "one-dimensional unskilled fighter?" Get real. Your right, top athletes follow the RULES of their SPORTS GOVERNING BODY. Why is FLoyd refusing to bring his demands to the boxing commissions? Why is he only concerned about his fights? Why was this only an issue once negotiations began with Pac?

Nevermind, I don't expect a logical answer from you, your obviously blind to the obvious.

Look what clottey ddi to him and clottey through ten punches around. miguel cotto outboxed him the first two rounds. and the rest of competition was sparing partners. Learn boxing man!
Slow down homey, I was being sarcastic. Everything I named off was what Pac did to avoid the fight. I personally can't see any way that Pac can beat Floyd. We already knew Floyd was the best pure boxer of this era, then he showed that he can take a huge shot from one of the best KO artist the WW division has seen. Roach has no idea how he can beat Floyd, so the only way I see Pac getting in that ring is if he is truly about to retire and wants a big payday as he leaves the sport.

pacquiao don't and never did want to fight mayweather.its is all chatter from him and bob arum.pac did everything possible to screw the fight up the first time and now he's backed up in a corner and doing it again.he wanted mosley to win because he knows he can't beat mayweather.

Yes he is known to get into his opponents heads. But in order for him to get into Manny's head with random drug tests it would have to mean that Manny is guilty of using peds. If he's not then there is no way in hell this can affect Manny. How was Mayweather to know that random drug tests would bring out the ***** in Manny? If Manny is clean then this doesn't affect him period. Of course he's concerned about Manny. If you logically think about what Manny has been doing by moving up in weight and knocking out bigger stronger opponents at a higher KO percentage than he did at the lower weights while eating the best shots of these bigger guys of course Mayweather should have reasonable su****ion to be concerned lets be serious.

They did try to bring it to the commission however the commission told them that there was no way that they would have been able to implement the tests in time for the fight on March 13th and they would look into it which they claim they are now. Let me ask you this, why is it ok for Pac to implement his own weight penalties outside of the ones that the commission has in place but its not ok for Mayweather to request better testing outside of the one that the commission has in place? Do you not see the bias in that?

Why the hell is Pac's team saying this crap? If he is not willing to take the drug tests, he is not ready to fight Floyd Mayweather. What the hell makes him think that anything has changed since the last negotiation. If anything, the terms are going to be more stringent than the first negotiation, not less stringent. He shouldn't say he is ready to fight Mayweather, but only on his terms. There is no way that will happen. If he is going to stick to this ridiculous demand, he should just go ahead and announce his retirement.

You are very naive if you think that the commissioning body's drug test does anything to deter steroid use. If you knew exactly when you were going to be tested, wouldn't you be able to figure a way around it? Shane was pretty good at it!! Floyd's condition is more legitimate than any other clause you could put into a boxing agreement. I agree fights can be won by the conditions set forth i.e. boxing glove size and weight limits but this should be applauded by people as a step in the right direction for any sport. So pacman, why won't you summit to a real drug testing protocol?
