Floyd had no recognition when Shane was in the lighter weights...same reason why Berto hasn't done **** to deserve a fight with Floyd....then I believe the tootchache came up the 2nd time around (140lbs era).....

Oscar De La Hoya was the #1 Jr. Middleweight when Floyd fought him. Shane Mosley was the #1 Welterweight when Floyd fought him.

Well the decade started in 2000. Pac has been doing since 2001 all the way to the end of the decade which was 2009.

Floyd has been putting in work since 2000 all the way to 2007. Unless you want to count JMM in 2009 as putting in work. But, **** then I will say has been putting in work since 2000.
