Do you know how the boxing business works? Why in the world would they make that fight now? The HBO audience don't know who either guy is. Bradley has never even fought on HBO. Even Richard Schaefer in some video interview said the fight is great now but it was be huge a year from now after both guys get the right exposure on HBO.

And yet if Bradley doesn't get this Judah fight he's looking for he's gonna fight someone even more unknown in that Argentenian guy that's never been on HBO and fighting him outside of 140 for no title? Bradley is ducking Alexander big time. There's no way around it. Why isn't Shaw at least willing to sit down with HBO and see what kind of deal they offer for a fight with Alexander and Bradley? And if it's not enough they can fight later. But at least try to make a deal. That's what Cab and Gambao are doing. You at least make an attempt to make the fight and see what kind of numbers HBO puts up for it.

You danced around the question of Alexander-Urango being forced to go CT and the existence of proof that Devon can draw that much in St. Louis. Bradley already said on here he would take the fight if HBO puts the right money on the table. If that fight is worth to them as much as Bradley-Judah, then why do it now.

Well, therein lies the problem I suppose. Judah keeps getting undeserved shots from the TV networks because of his name recognition.

Last Monday promoter Gary Shaw reached out Yoel Judah, father/trainer of former two-division champion Zab Judah, to see if they were interested in taking an HBO-televised fight against WBO junior welterweight champion Timothy Bradley on July 17. if bradley and alexander are so obscure, then losing won't / shouldn't be a problem. remember when JMM fought John in Indonesia and lost? most people didn't see it and because they didn't, in a sense it never happened.
