Mosley tried, Mayweather pretty much neutralized everything. Clottey on the other hand knew that he was giving away rounds from the getgo and did nothing to change that. Didn't even attempt to change his style as a whole.

Floyd had better speed, footwork, stamina, mental strength, ring generalship, jab, self defense, counterpunch ability, etc ..

Clottey could have taken advantage of when Pac was not doing anything but didn't.

Mosley tried to take advantage when Mayweather was doing anything but got countered.

Mosley let it all out in the ring, whereas Clottey didn't (he could have done anothe 12 rounds).

Clottey was more concerned about being friends with Pac then winning - the butmunch!
