clottey was paid to lose. The pac clottey fight was fixed. Mosley tried to win but just doesn't have good ring IQ. He was always an all heart fighter.

Mosley only fought for 2 rounds.

Clottey wasn't sold as a "marquee" opponent. Mosley was.

          Mosley.

Clottey of course. But then again I've been disappointed in him for his last 3 fights. He's got more potential than he shows, he holds back often. Covers up and basically invites whoever he's fighting to score points.

Yeah, other than the fact that Manny dominated Clottey and Floyd dominated Shane, there's no real comparison at all.

Shane Mosley - as we can see from that second round- came to fight. Floyd might have been to fast, adapted, and clearly out-boxed him, but Mosley wanted to win. He tried.

Clottey, on the other hand, didn't come to fight. He kept his guard up, threw very little, and never made an effort to win rounds or the fight.

Clottey was much, much more disappointing because he clearly didn't leave it all in the ring.

They both looked horrible, but Mosley had Mayweather hurt and just stopped working after the 2nd round.
