Gatti vs Mayweather prediction thread

Anybody who thinks that Gatti is going to win this fight is living in a DREAM WORLD. I would not pick Gatti against most of the lesser fighters at Jr. Welterweight, let alone against Mayweather who actually has talent. Gatti is the boxing equivalent of a bad joke that won't go away-- and my problem is that I think after Gatti gets murdered in this fight he will still be popular amongst half of these idiots! Fact is that Gatti wins no more then two rounds of this fight,and that is at best-- I would not be shocked if Gatti got shut-out against Floyd. MY PREDICTION: Floyd Mayweather by KO in 9, Gatti only takes one round that Floyd takes off before getting stopped from accumilated punishment.

i am picking mayweather to win this fight i love gatti and the excitement he has brought to boxing he has great heart and puts on great fights, but mayweather has too much boxing skills for gatti to handle too much speed and defense for gatti to do anything, gatti always has a punchers chance but mayweather will not give him that chance he is too smart to let this turn into a brawl because he knows that is the only chance gatti has .. he will land combinations and move before gatti can get set to throw his punches mayweather by lobsided ud...or late stopage because of cuts ..

I have to go with PBF on this one as much as I love watching Gatti fight and want him to win on Saturday but, The only thing that I can't see happening is Gatti getting thru those boxing skills and defense of Floyd. If PBF wins, so be it. I just want Gatti to give Mayweather the hardest fight of his career. I don't want easy win for Mayweather.

Just to add another commentator to my list of those who think Gatti is going to get KO'ed, Teddy Atlas all but stated just now on Tuesday night fights that Floyd is a lock to win by knockout. I am not a real big fan of Pretty Boy Floyd, but his victory over the underwhelming Gatti is growing closer...
