Mayweather will beat Gatti and I'm with jpboxer I wouldn't be surprised if the fight is stopped late though I think it will be a decision.

I think Gatti will tko Mayweather. Between Rounds 1-4 Gatti will be boxing and will be outboxed. Mayweather's confidence will be sky high and then Gatti will come with one swollen eye and knock out Mayweather with a body punch hook to the chin combo. Mayweather will try to get up (Judah style but not as funny) and will loose.

The only way I see Gatti loosing is if he tries to box all night insted of brawling, and if Gatti gets cut early.
