You right, he didn't refuse flat out, he agreed THEN tried to change the USADA'S protocol on WHEN he would be tested RANDOMLY. Now you re-read that last sentence and you will see that is worst than flat out refusing.
Why do you think he would agree to OST in the first place?

To prove that he was not afraid of needles.

They agreed to negotiate the cut-off date. They couldnt come to an agreement. What else is there to say. Both sides were stubborn and wouldnt budge at the time. Hopefully they can both find a way to make it happen this year, in a manner that they both feel comfortable with.

If Pac truly has a problem with having blood drawn, I myself can relate. I become nausous, light headed, come down with cold sweats, etc. If he suffers from the same things that I do when it comes to having blood drawn, then there's no way that can be good when trying to prepare for the biggest fight of your life.

Nah, my stance wouldn't change at all. My love for the sport is bigger than my love for a fighter. You should try it sometime.

People on NSB will automatically think that you must be a 12 year old girl.

Can't argue with that deevel. The problem is:

Why does Pacquiao need such a large window? It makes no sense and defies all logical reasoning. It is downright su****ious. And that's me being kind.

Who knows why. I can think of several theories and some aren't very flattering. But we do know for sure is that he did everything he could sabotage its integrity. From the number of blood tests to deciding when they would be administered to when they would stop. Insane.
