    Here's my 2 cents for what it's worth;

    Floyd Snr brought up the OST first because Pac has moved up in weight fast and has achieved alot so Floyd Snr believes him to be on PEDs.

    BUT after seeing interviews and whatnot Floyd Snr has noted that he doesn't want Floyd Jr fighting southpaws and the blood tests would weaken his aggresive style.

    Post was rushed will edit or add another post later.

      A lot of valid points posted in this thread, but And Still's post takes the cake.

      What I want to see is the commission implement OST's. The money is there, it just needs to be approved. At least for the big name fighters, to keep the integrity of the sport intact or else people are going to say that boxing is riddled with steroid users without consequence.

        Floyd was sure keeping the integrity of the game when he decided to come in 2 lbs over 144; and to top it off, change the contract the night before the weigh in.

          If the commision were to implement OSDT, I dont see Pac refusing to take them. He and Arum has stated themselves that they will do anything the commision asks of them.

            So why didn't they take that stand BEFORE agreeing to OSDT?

              The issue wasnt the blood tests itself. Its was the cut-off date. Pac never refused the tests flat out. My guess is they didnt want to bend to Floyd's head games.

                If the situations were reversed, and Pacquiao was Floyd and Floyd was Pacquiao, I would be saying the same thing about Floyd that I say about Pacquiao. The only difference is that you would agree with me.
                Nah, that wouldn't be the difference, PHIL. I'm not like you and don't ever think I am. I don't make apologies for bull**** then run away when I'm called out. I don't let my bias get in the way of rational thought. Nah, I'm not like you at all, homey.

                  You not making sense dude. If they were only going to do what the commission said do, then they would have flat out said no! Its not that hard.

                  You right, he didn't refuse flat out, he agreed THEN tried to change the USADA'S protocol on WHEN he would be tested RANDOMLY. Now you re-read that last sentence and you will see that is worst than flat out refusing.

                    It depends on what he's doing in training. And what kind of PED he's using. ****, there are PEDs for better eyesight. So naturally if he wants to get more reps in on a particular workout and he's using something...he'll get more reps in and then some.

                      Exactly man you're not like me.

                      That's why if the names were reversed, you'd change your stance on the issue.

                      You're not like me at all.
