Such a concept is one that Khan (22-1, 16KO) appears ready to embrace as he enters the optimal prime of his young career. [Click Here To Read More]
How can you say that, when Khan has blatantly and disgracefully ducked his mandatory?

Any such chants at the time of the Prescott defeat were unfair and misplaced. His attitude to defeat was exemplary then, and it made him into a better fighter than he would have been if he hadn't had to come through adversity. Since he teamed up with Roach, he has improved dramatically and is no longer recognisable as the amateurish and wild, though talented, kid of a year and a half ago.

But such chants are fully justified now, given the way he ducked his first meaningful mandatory because of the fact that his trainer and promoter didn't want his chin to be tested yet.

His claim that he just wanted his first fight in the States to be against someone with name recognition would have been credible if he had asked Maidana to step aside for only one fight, and if he'd agreed to fight the Maidana-Cayo winner in his next fight if he got past Malignaggi - like Valuev and Haye guaranteed Ruiz a shot at the winner of their fight. But he didn't. Instead, GBP bribed Maidana to step aside for three fights, not just one, and it was made clear to Maidana that if he refused to play ball, he'd get no HBO dates and Khan would simply vacate, which didn't leave Maidana with much choice.

Exactly, which is why he is fighting Malignaggi and not Maidana. And he should be called on it.

That's a myth. A study published in Nature, which is the most respected scientific journal there is, found that Wikipedia is as accurate a source of information as the Encyclopaedia Britannica - see here.

It's true that the occasional major error gets in, but the beauty of the way it works is that any such errors are almost always corrected very quickly indeed; and overall, it's as reliable as any other source and far more reliable than most.

It is not a myth, as a History Professor, one thing I ask my students is never use Wikipedia as a source, you want a reliable source use journals or books, anyone can put **** up in the internet e.g. Boxingscene.com

Did you read the study in Nature? If not, simply making assertions speaks more of your prejudices than of any interest in the truth.

I wanted to see Marcos smoke Khan, but Paulie is an even more credible opponent, he's just not as dangerous an opponent. People think Khan's in the clear just because Paulie can't crack, but he's still got the goods to win. Khan ain't stopping Paulie, and I think he loses the boxing match too. This fight will be good.
