I'm not talking like it's a mandatory test, if you are asking 1 side of the question (Will Floyd fight Pacquiao with out OST) you have to ask the other side (will Pacquiao fight Floyd with the OST), simple really.

No i don't think Martinez is on PED's but realize that Floyd will have to do OST from now on because had he stopped doing OST after he fought Pacquiao there probably would be more law suits, it would look like he simply did the OST for Pacquiao because he was su****ious on him being on PED's etc.

It's obvious Mayweather thinks Pacquiao is on some sort of PED, do i think Pacquiao is on it...NO, I'm i slightly su****ious though because he turned down $30 million guaranteed over some drug testings, yes.

this is the the thing. why do u blame pac for turning down a huge some of money? if mayweather wanted to fight pac clean he should insist random testing up to fight game. but he did not. for 14 days, pac can still cheat. why just floyd didnt drop the random testing so they can fight?

No he doesn't...0 days and a 60/40 split...manny made himself look guilty not Floyd, he agreed then asked for windows and every other thing from new found phobias that only apply to random needles and every possible excuse that him his promoter his trainer and his fans could possibly dream up.
The man said 0 days and thats what it is, and as a fan of Floyd i wholeheartedly hopes he sticks to that until the bitter end.
Floyd is the real deal and not some stable fighter that will let a guy thats not even American come here and make absurd demands about weight and money and fabricated belts, then say oh by the way i refuse to take OST that far better athletes have participated in, Why is Manny immune? Once again it's not Floyds problem that he refuses to fight slick black americans and in order to do so cannot submit to random blood testing...0 days 60/40 split to the king and if him and Arum want to **** around and make a spectacle Floyd should up the percentage by 10% for every attempt they make to go against the regulations and still insist on 0 days no matter how absurd the split becomes beacuse of manny & arums outrageous demands to allow manny to get yet another pass...this isn't the special Olympics, he gets no concessions at all, 147 full random tests and a 60/40 split that will become even more favoring Floyd for as long as they want to play games or no fight at all.

Floyd is allowed to think whatever he wants, he can think if he wants that manny is indeed on steroids. he can even state that opinion if he feels the need. This is america and you can say whatever you want, if Floyd thinks that there is nothing illegal or libelous about it at all. he is allowed to form and feel whatever opinions he sees fit. If it is just his opinion, then he can say or think whatever he wants. Only on this site is stating that manny has never faced a black american considered libelous, in real life people can outright say what they believe is the truth. Bottom line is **** him, if he don't wanna take the tests or fight legitimately.

cuz this whole OST shiet is just a BLOOD TEST in the pac and Floyd negotiations its not REALLY an OST! (Cuz of the 14 DAY CUTOFF) they just want BLOOD Drawn from PAC To make HIM WEAK...
